I have recently ran into an individual named Anthony Parsons, being self proclaimed as The Leading Australian SEO Professional, with approximately 2-3 years of experience in internet advertising (but tells everyone he has been doing it for 9 years) that not only scams costumers, but will go to great lengths to show his arrogance in an attempt to bully you. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and irate. Here is my story…
Anthony Parsons runs a poorly designed online directory anthonyparsons.com of which he runs an SEO forum and sells $10 anchor text links from a Page Rank 5. Being inexpensive, I decided to purchase an anchor text for our company to advertise SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for flash.
Anthony Parsons accepted my money, however did not deliver: his strategy is using the “bait and switch” technique to hook customers and not deliver the service advertised. My transaction didn’t go as smoothly as he was used to. After paying for the advertised service, Anthony did get around to posting a link to our company – but with a backward description for our company that simply did not have any logic, and was useless.
I contacted Anthony and asked him to provide us with an anchor text that describes our service in SEO for Flash Websites with a proper description as he has listed on his site for others or to refund the money. He said that he didn’t think that we were in fact into SEO and outright refused to provide us with a decent anchor text and refunding the money was out of the question. What a bogus accusation. Anthony Parsons’ loud mouth and foul language proves that this guy not only has bad a business sense, but also is a downright arrogant schmo.
I finally got my money back from the online payments company that he uses to collect payment. Feeling of resentment, Anthony, being not very smart as he is, starts calling me a spammer using cloaking, and threatening to place me in his forum as a fraud. Anyone can go to my site: www.ctcorporate.com and have a look on the first page of our site, scroll down and see that all of the content embedded into HTML page is located within the Flash file and it is called mirroring of the content. Converged Technologies is legitimate, a sure thing, and always professional – even with people like Anthony Parsons.
